- Self-serve CMS for shows, posts, and videos, gated by Cloudflare Access
- Cloudflare D1 for content and R2 for media, served from the edge
- Fully prerendered React Router 7 front end for static-fast delivery
- Reduced-motion fallbacks across every animation
