Gnome Labz is a small web studio in Texarkana, Texas, run by Justin Portillo. We build flat-rate websites for local businesses across the Ark-La-Tex: real custom work, minus the agency markup and the endless meetings.

Justin Portillo builds every Gnome Labz site himself, right here in Texarkana. That means you deal directly with the person doing the work: no account managers, no handoffs, no one in between.
Prices are flat and published right on this site: the Pop-Up starts at $200, the Workshop is $500, and the Forge starts at $700. That's on purpose. Small businesses deserve to know the number before anything begins.
If you're anywhere in the Ark-La-Tex, including Texarkana, Shreveport and Bossier City, Tyler, and Longview, you can sit down with Justin in person. If you're farther away, the whole project can be done remotely, by phone and email.
Either way, you own your site and every file that makes it up. If you ever want to move it or hire someone else, it's yours to take.
